Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

a. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable 15% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
b. Full payment must be made before the expedition start date to confirm participation.
c. Failure to complete the full payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking, and the advance payment will not be refunded.

2. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Cancellations made by the customer prior to the expedition start date may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the cancellation policy.
b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within [X days] of the expedition start date.
c. If a participant finishes the trip earlier than the planned itinerary, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
d. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify expeditions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations). In such cases, customers will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

3. No Returns on Purchased Items:

a. Any equipment, souvenirs, or other items purchased during the trek are non-refundable.
b. The company is not responsible for lost, damaged, or exchanged items after purchase.

4. Health and Fitness:

a. Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically fit for their chosen trek or expedition.
b. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the company before booking.
c. The company reserves the right to refuse service to individuals deemed unfit for the expedition.

5. Itinerary Changes & Early Completion:

a. The company may modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.
b. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
c. If a participant finishes their trip earlier than the given period, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

6. Equipment and Gear:

a. Participants are responsible for bringing the appropriate clothing and gear as specified in the provided equipment list.
b. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the expedition.

7. Liability Waiver:

a. Participants must sign a liability waiver before the start of the expedition.
b. The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events that may occur during the trek or expedition.

8. Insurance:

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

9. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes safety, respect for the environment, and consideration for fellow participants and guides.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Nepalese jurisdiction.
