b. The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events that may occur during the trek or expedition.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes safety, respect for the environment, and consideration for fellow participants and guides.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Nepalese jurisdiction.
