Terms of Service and Waiver Agreement

1. Acknowledgment of Risks:
a. I, [Participant’s or Company Full Name], acknowledge that trekking and expedition activities organized bySora Adventure Treks and Expedition involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, unpredictable weather conditions, and remote and challenging terrains.

2. Health and Fitness:
a. I certify that I am physically fit and in good health to participate in the expedition.
b. I have disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions and will inform Sora Adventure Treks and Expedition of any changes to my health before the expedition.

3. Code of Conduct:
a. I agree to follow the code of conduct set forth by Sora Adventure Treks and Expedition promoting safety, respect for the environment, and consideration for fellow participants and guides.

4. Emergency Procedures:
a. I understand and agree to follow emergency procedures provided by Sora Adventure Treks and Expedition and its guides in case of unforeseen events or emergencies.

5. Assumption of Risks:
a. I understand that trekking and expedition activities involve inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.

6. Release of Liability:
a. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sora Adventure Treks and Expedition , its employees, guides, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any injuries, damages, or losses, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

7. Insurance:
a. I understand the importance of obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation, and I acknowledge that Sora Adventure Treks and Expedition strongly encourages such coverage.

8. Changes in Itinerary:
a. I understand that the company may modify the expedition itinerary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen events, and I agree to accept such changes.

9. Photography and Marketing:
a. I grant Sora Adventure Treks and Expedition permission to use photographs and/or videos of me taken during the expedition for promotional and marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law:
a. This agreement is governed by the laws , and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

11. Acceptance of Terms:
a. I have read and understand the terms of this agreement, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions.
